以蔓生黄瓜129(对照)和矮生黄瓜D0462为试材,试验采用石蜡切片技术对不同光质处理后的黄瓜叶片和节间进行切片观察,用透射电镜观察其叶绿体超微结构,研究光质对其生长及形态结构的影响.结果表明,蓝光和红光对蔓生黄瓜和矮生黄瓜均有影响,且蓝光影响更大.矮生黄瓜经蓝光和红光处理后叶片厚度、节间单位面积的细胞数显著或极显著增加且显著或极显著大于蔓生对照,细胞长极显著缩短,细胞宽显著或极显著增加.通过电镜观察叶绿体超微结构可知,经红光处理后,矮生黄瓜的淀粉粒数极显著多于蔓生对照,基粒数极显著小于蔓生对照.另外经蓝光处理后,对矮生黄瓜的叶绿体大小、基粒厚度和基粒片层数影响极大.

To study the effects of different light qualities on growth and morphological structure of dwarf cucumber, take creeping cucumber 129 (control) and dwarf cucumber D0462 as experimental material, using paraffin sections technology to observe cucumber leaves and internode by different treated light qualities, and using transmission electron microscope to observe ultrastructure of chloroplast. The results showed that the treatment of red and blue light on creeping control cucumber and dwarf cucumber all had influence, and blue light had much more influence. After the dwarf cucumber treated by the blue light and red light, blade thickness, number of cells in internode unit area were all significant or very significant increased and significant or very significant higher than creeping control cucumber. The length of internode cells were very significantly shortened,cells wide significant or very significant increased. By electron microscopic observation on chloroplast ultrastructure indicated that after the red light treatment, dwarf cucumber starch grain number significantly more than creeping control cucumber, The number of grana was very significant less than that of the creeping control cucumber. After the blue light treatment, the influence to dwarf cucumber chloroplast in length and width, grana thickness, the number of grana slice layers was very significantly.
