为深入了解烤烟打顶后上部叶不同位点间质体色素含量与烟叶钾含量的变化,以主栽品种K326为试验材料进行研究.结果表明,打顶后15~30 d时不同位点间叶绿素含量出现显著差异,而类胡萝卜素含量则要推迟到打顶后30~45 d.不同位点间的叶绿素a/b、叶绿素/类胡萝卜素变化趋势较为一致,三个位点的钾含量在打顶后15 d均出现高峰,整体表现为叶基>叶中>叶尖.相关性分析结果表明,影响叶基、叶中、叶尖三个位点钾含量的因素主要是叶绿素b,达极显著正相关,而叶绿素a/b、叶绿素/类胡萝卜素二者比值与钾含量之间均表现为负相关,但未达显著水平.

The main variety K326 was used in order to explore the variation between chromoplast pigments and potassium content of upper leaves after topping. The results showed that the significant difference about the chlorophyl content in different positions was 15 to 30 d after topping, but the carotenoids occurred at 30 to 45 d. The potassium content in K326 upper leaves had a peak in 15 d after topping, it presented that the highest was the potassium in the base of leaves, and the lowest was in the tip of leaves, but the trends of chlorophyl a/b and chlorophyl/carotenoids in different positions were consistent. The results of correlation analysis showed that the chlorophyl b was the most important factor that influenced the potassium content in three positions, and had a significantly positive correlation with the potassium content, but the chlorophyl a/b and chlorophyl/carotenoids presented a negative correlation, and did not reach a significant level.
