植物常受到温度、盐和干旱等非生物以及病原菌和昆虫等生物胁迫.全面了解脂肪酸的去饱和、动员和调控将有助于提高植物对非生物和生物胁迫的耐受性.文章对近年植物脂肪酸在去饱和、动员和调控非生物和生物胁迫上的研究进展进行综述,并对脂肪酸去饱和酶的调控进行讨论.
植物常受到溫度、鹽和榦旱等非生物以及病原菌和昆蟲等生物脅迫.全麵瞭解脂肪痠的去飽和、動員和調控將有助于提高植物對非生物和生物脅迫的耐受性.文章對近年植物脂肪痠在去飽和、動員和調控非生物和生物脅迫上的研究進展進行綜述,併對脂肪痠去飽和酶的調控進行討論.

Plants are subject to both biotic and abiotic stresses, including cold, high temperature, salt and drought, as wel as pathogens and insects. Understanding the mechanism of fatty acid destaturation, mobilization and regulation can help to improve plant resistance to different stresses. In this review, the recent progresses were described in studies of this field. The functions of fatty acid desaturases were also discussed.
