以种植年限为25年的蔬菜保护地黑土为供试土壤,通过室内培养方式,研究不同浓度的草酸和腐殖酸对蔬菜保护地土壤磷素的活化效果.结果表明,草酸、腐殖酸在活化以Ca-P为主的石灰性黑土中,10 g/500 g土浓度的草酸处理活化效果最佳.草酸可以同时活化土壤中的Ca2-P、Ca8-P,及有效性较低的Ca10-P、Al-P和Fe-P.供试土壤在不同浓度草酸、腐殖酸作用下,各形态无机磷均有不同程度增加,其增加幅度为Al-P>Ca8-P>Fe-P>Ca2-P>Ca10-P>O-P.总体上活化能力为草酸>腐殖酸,并且随着浓度的增加效果更加明显.

Vegetable soil cultivated 25 years derived from black soils was col ected for indoor cultivation experiments, different dose the oxalic acid, humic acid were added into the soil to study the validity of the accumulative phosphorus in vegetable protective soil. The main results showed that oxalic acid and humic acid activate the Ca-P primarily lime soil, 10 g/500 g soil concentrations of oxalic acid had significant effect, and the activation effect is most ideal. Oxalic acid can not only activate soil of the Ca2-P and Ca8-P, and can also activate the effectiveness of lower Ca10-P, Al-P and Fe-P. The soil samples under the treatment effect, inorganic phosphorus different forms in different concentrations of oxalic acid and humic acid, the increase rate increased Al-P>Ca8-P>Fe-P>Ca2-P>Ca10-P>O-P. Overal activation size order:oxalic acid>humic acid, and with the increase of concentration effect more apparent.
