为了研究牛粪两相厌氧溢流发酵系统装置稳定产气阶段的生物菌群的生长状态及特性,使用了PCR-DGGE技术对牛粪厌氧发酵中的微生物稳定期细菌种群结构进行了研究.在发酵稳定期不同时间进行了取样,试验结果表明厌氧发酵系统细菌种群丰富,优势种群明显,群落结构较稳定.菌群具有交替生长特性,有利于系统的持续稳定产气.
為瞭研究牛糞兩相厭氧溢流髮酵繫統裝置穩定產氣階段的生物菌群的生長狀態及特性,使用瞭PCR-DGGE技術對牛糞厭氧髮酵中的微生物穩定期細菌種群結構進行瞭研究.在髮酵穩定期不同時間進行瞭取樣,試驗結果錶明厭氧髮酵繫統細菌種群豐富,優勢種群明顯,群落結構較穩定.菌群具有交替生長特性,有利于繫統的持續穩定產氣.

Polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE) analysis was used to study the dynamic succession of bacterial communities of anaerobic fermentation of dairy cattle manure during the microbial stationary phase. Composts were sampled during this period. Then the results showed that the population of bacterium was abundant, the superiority of that was evident, and the increment of gas production was steady. Bacterial community was with alternating growth characteristics, that is contribute to the gas production sustained and stable.
