采用竖式SBR反应器培养出好氧颗粒污泥,实验结果表明,在非限量曝气模式下好氧颗粒污泥降解模拟污水的效果较好,其 COD 去除率可达98%以上.曝气量对颗粒活性污泥的形成和稳定具有重要影响,当气量为0.3 m3/h时,颗粒活性污泥的性状和处理有机废水效果最佳.但是未经驯化的颗粒污泥对铅离子较敏感.当其浓度为30 mg/L时,其去除率仅为35.8%.

The aerobic granular sludge had been cultivated in the SBR system. The results showed that the aerobic granular sludge was very efficient to degrade organics in aqueous phase. The COD removal rate could reach 98%. The aeration amount was crucial to formation and stabilization of the aerobic granular sludge. The optimal aeration amount was 0.3 m3/h. The aerobic granular sludge could be affected by lead nitrate. The COD removal rate only achieves 35.8%when the concentration of lead nitrate maintains 10 mg/L.
