针对分布区域广泛、数目庞大的电厂循环冷却水系统的腐蚀和结垢问题,研制了电厂专用缓蚀阻垢剂TH-604,并实现了工业化生产、销售和应用.TH-604由有机膦酸、聚羧酸、碳钢缓蚀剂及铜缓蚀剂等药剂组成.分别进行了碳酸钙、硫酸钙阻垢试验、缓蚀性能试验.结果显示:参照标准GB/T 16632-2008,同一浓度下,TH-604的碳酸钙阻垢率均高于ATMP、HEDP、PAA和HPMA.参照标准Q/SY 126-2007,其硫酸钙阻垢率为91.8%,符合标准要求.此外,TH-604对电厂循环冷却水系统的碳钢、铜材质具有良好的缓蚀效果,其腐蚀速率分别为0.0379、0.0020 mm/a,均符合GB50050-2007要求.并在东北地区一电厂应用6个月,应用结果说明TH-604能使补充水浓缩3倍以上,系统正常运行不结垢,符合GB50050-2007要求.从应用方面证明了TH-604对电厂循环水系统具有良好的缓蚀和阻垢效果.

Aiming at the scale and corrosion problem of circulating cooling water system in power plants, a new type scale and corrosion inhibitor TH-604 was developed, which has been industrially produced and applied. TH-604 is composed of organophosphonic acid, poly-carboxylic acid, carbon iron and copper corrosion inhibitor. The performance of TH-604 was evaluated by using the means of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate scale inhibition test and rotary coupon corrosion test. The results show that the calcium carbonate scale inhibition rate of TH-604 is higher than ATMP, HEDP, PAA and HPMA according to the standard GB/T 16632-2008. Calcium sulfate scale inhibition rate is 91.8%, which can meet the requirement of Q/SY 126-2007. The corrosion rate for carbon steel and copper are 0.037 9 and 0.002 0 mm/a as TH-604 is used in circulating cooling water, which can also meet the standard requirement of GB50050-2007. TH-604 has been applied into circulating cooling water of one power plant for six months. It’s proved that TH-604 has good inhibition corrosion and scale performance. The feeding water can be concentrated to more than 3 times and the scaling doesn’t emerge as TH-604 is used in circulating cooling water, which can meet the standard requirement of GB50050-2007.
