采用抚顺石油化工研究院自主研发工艺技术制备的催化剂,以伊朗常渣为原料油,用间歇式高压反应釜考察活性金属含量和工艺条件对催化剂生焦的影响.结果表明:在一定范围内,催化剂上活性金属含量增加,在提高加氢性能的同时有明显的抑焦作用;催化剂上生焦量随反应温度的提高和反应时间的延长而增加,增加反应压力,催化剂上生焦量降低,说明氢气有抑焦作用.

Using atmospheric residue of Iran crude oil as feedstock, the influence of active metal content and process conditions on coke deposition of catalysts developed by FRIPP was investigated in an autoclave reactor. The results show that in a certain range, increase of active metal content loaded on the catalysts can improve the hydrogenation performance and inhibit coke formation. Moreover, the coking yield is closely related to process conditions, it increases with increasing of reaction temperature and time, and decreases with increasing of hydrogen pressure,which has further proved that the coke deposition can be suppressed by hydrogen.
