分别以硅溶胶、气相SiO2、介孔SBA-15分子筛为载体,采用共沉淀法制备了Cu/SiO2催化剂,含活性组分Cu质量分数为25%.运用BET、XRD、H2-TPR、NH3-TPD等对催化剂进行表征.结果表明:以硅溶胶和气相SiO2为载体制得催化剂的Cu物种分散性较差,以SBA-15为载体制得催化剂的Cu物种以高度分散的形式存在,且具有较大的比表面积,较低的还原温度和较大的酸量.
分彆以硅溶膠、氣相SiO2、介孔SBA-15分子篩為載體,採用共沉澱法製備瞭Cu/SiO2催化劑,含活性組分Cu質量分數為25%.運用BET、XRD、H2-TPR、NH3-TPD等對催化劑進行錶徵.結果錶明:以硅溶膠和氣相SiO2為載體製得催化劑的Cu物種分散性較差,以SBA-15為載體製得催化劑的Cu物種以高度分散的形式存在,且具有較大的比錶麵積,較低的還原溫度和較大的痠量.

Using silica sol, fumed silica or mesoporous SBA-15 molecular sieve as the support,Cu/SiO2 catalysts whose mass fraction of active component Cu is 25% were prepared by coprecipitation method. The catalysts were characterized by BET, XRD, H2-TPR and NH3-TPD. The results indicate that the dispersion of the copper species of catalysts supported on silicon sol and fumed silica is poor;the dispersion of the copper species of catalyst supported on SBA-15 is better, and the catalyst has bigger specific surface area, lower reduction temperature and larger acid quantity.
