曙光油田超稠原油物性差,油层单层厚薄,粘土矿物含量高,钻井过程中存在泥浆污染.开发过程中表现为油井投产初期及低周期注汽压力高,周期生产时间短,采注比及油汽比低.通过有机乳液,溶解有机重质成份,清洗岩石表面,改善地层流体的流动性,同时为后期处理提供前期准备.采用有机缓速酸,对储层岩石具有较强的溶蚀性,对沥青质、胶质、蜡等有机物具有较强的溶解(分散)性,降低注汽压力.同时添加阳离子表面活性剂,对储层的粘土膨胀、运移具有较强的拟制性.通过多种药剂的复合作用,最大限度的发挥油井产能.

Extra-heavy crude oil from Shuguang oilfield has poor physical properties, its reservoir layer is thin, content of clay mineral is high, and there is slurry pollution in drilling. During the development of oil wells, steam injection pressure is high, production periodic time is short, and injection production ratio and oil steam ratio are low. So the organic emulsion has been used to dissolve organic heavy ingredients to clean the surface of rock and improve the flow of formation fluid. Used organic retarded acid has strong corrosion and solubility for the reservoir rock, asphaltene, wax and other organic matters, which can reduce the steam injection pressure. At the same time, to add cationic surfactants into the reservoir can restrain the clay swelling and migration. The productivity of oil well can be maximized through compound effect of multiple additives.
