应用 ANSYS 软件对椭圆封头中心接管结构进行建模和网格划分,并且对接管端部施加了弯矩,之后对整体模型做出了应力强度分析,得到了在设计压力下结构的应力分布和变形.按照JB4732-1995《钢制压力容器—分析设计标准》对危险截面进行应力强度评定.分析结果表明,强度满足要求.
應用 ANSYS 軟件對橢圓封頭中心接管結構進行建模和網格劃分,併且對接管耑部施加瞭彎矩,之後對整體模型做齣瞭應力彊度分析,得到瞭在設計壓力下結構的應力分佈和變形.按照JB4732-1995《鋼製壓力容器—分析設計標準》對危險截麵進行應力彊度評定.分析結果錶明,彊度滿足要求.

The structure of center nozzle position of elliptical heads was modeled and meshed by utilizing ANSYS software, and its stress intensity analysis under bending moment was carried out,then the stress distribution and deformation under the design pressure were obtained .The stress intensity on the dangerous cross-section was evaluated according to JB4732-1995 steel pressure vessels-analyze design standard. The analysis results indicate that the intensity requirement can be satisfied.
