原油中含有大量的水和无机盐,需必要的电脱盐工艺过程,其影响因素有温度、电场强度、脱水时间、混合强度等.在此基础上,针对大庆原油,采用正交试验的方法,摸索出适宜的操作条件,即温度为70℃,电场强度为2000 V?cm-1,混合时间为90 min,混合强度为3500 r?min-1,加剂量为35μg?g-1.

Crude oil contains amount of water and salt, so the desalting process is necessary, its influence factors include temperature, time, electric-field intensity, mixing intensity and so on. In this paper, appropriate operating conditions for electric desalting process of Daqing crude oil were determined by orthogonal design test .The results show that appropriate operating conditions are as follows:temperature 70 , electric field strength 2 000 V℃ ?cm-1, mix-time 90 min, stirring strength 3 500 r?min-1 and demulsifier dosage 35μg?g-1.
