优质 PAN 原丝是生产高性能碳纤维的基础,而均聚丙烯腈原丝在预氧化环化过程中会出现集中放热的现象,因此常常引入共聚单体.合成了一种末端带有氨基和酯基的丙烯腈共聚单体,希望能够制备出高性能的碳纤维原丝,其结构经EA, IR和1H NMR分析表征.

High-quality polyacrylonitrile precursor is the key factor to prepare high-performance carbon fiber, the cyclization reaction of polyacrylonitrile homopolymer precursor releases heat intensively. In order to prepare high-quality polyacrylonitrile precursor, comonomers are often introduced. In this paper, an acrylonitrile comonomer with amino and ester group was synthesized,and its structure was characterized by EA, IR and 1H NMR.
