为了确保裸露管线停输安全,有必要弄清管线停输温降规律,分析各种因素对管线安全停输时间的影响.针对裸露热油管线的热力特征,通过改变影响停输温降的各种因素(停输起始油温、环境温度、管径、结蜡层厚度、保温层厚度等),利用CFD软件对停输过程进行数值模拟,绘制了相应条件下的温降变化曲线图,得到了对应的安全停输时间.数值模拟结果表明:停输起始油温和环境温度越高,管道安全停输时间越长;管径和保温层厚度越大,温降速度越慢;结蜡层对停输温降的影响很小,且随其厚度增加停输时间略有缩短.研究停输影响因素对裸露管线停输安全意义重大.

In order to ensure shutdown safety of bare pipelines, it’s necessary to make clear of shutdown temperature drop law and analyze the effect of various factors on safety shutdown time. In this paper, aiming at the thermal characteristics of bare hot oil pipelines, through changing various influence factors of shutdown temperature drop (such as shutdown starting oil temperature, environment temperature, pipe diameter, thickness of wax layer , thermal insulation layer, and so on), the shutdown process was simulated by CFD software. The temperature drop curve graph under corresponding conditions was drawn,and the safety shutdown time was obtained. Simulation results indicate that the higher the starting oil temperature and environment temperature, the longer the shutdown time;the bigger the pipe diameter and thermal insulation layer thickness, the slower the temperature drop rate; wax layer has a little influence to shutdown temperature drop, and along with its thickness increasing, shutdown time shortens slightly. The research on shutdown influence factors is of great significance to the shutdown safety of bare pipeline.
