润滑油是石油产品的一大类,由石油高沸点馏分加工可得.虽然占石油产品的比例没有燃料油大,但是种类非常多,用途十分广泛.国外进口的原油及国内各大油田开采出的原油,酸值非常高且日趋明显.润滑油馏分油中的环烷酸对润滑油的使用性能具有很大程度的影响,增加其对设备的腐蚀性,降低了润滑油的品质,所以有必要对原料油进行脱酸研究,使精制油的酸值达标,并且其它指标也满足润滑油基础油的产品质量要求.
