以重柴油为原料,在实验室小型连续管式裂解炉上,使用纳米氧化镍催化剂进行催化裂解实验,考察了裂解温度、停留时间、水油质量比和剂油质量比在不同条件下对乙烯收率的影响.通过方差分析方法,初步确定重柴油催化裂解适宜的工艺条件,为企业生产乙烯提供较佳的工艺指标.

With diesel fuel oil as the feedstock,nano-NiO as the catalyst, the cracking experiment of heavy diesel oil was carried out in the small continuous tube cracking furnace at the laboratory. Under different conditions, the influence of cracking temperature, retention time, water/oil mass ratio and solvent/oil ratio on the yield of ethylene were investigated.Through variance analysis ,the optimum technological conditions for diesel fuel cracking were determined as follows:cracking temperature 750℃, residence time 4.0 s,water/oil mass ratio 3:1,and solvent/oil mass ratio 12:1.Under above conditions, the yield of ethylene was 31.27%.
