使用 Nb2O5为催化剂,利用脂肪醇脱水制取烯烃的原理,使 C10脂肪醇脱水制 C10烯烃.产品通过红外光谱分析,确定 C=C 的存在.气相色谱测定脂肪醇的分离程度,得出催化剂焙烧温度为600℃、Nb2O5使用量为14%、装置反应温度290℃ 和空速0.2 h-1时脂肪醇脱水最彻底,得到脂肪醇的转化率最大值达到94%.

Using Nb2O5 as the catalyst, C10 olefin was prepared from C10 fatty alcohol via catalytic dehydration. Then the product was analyzed by IR method, and the presence of C=C was determined. When calcination temperature of the catalyst was 600 ℃, load capacity of Nb2O5 was 14%, reaction temperature was 290 ℃ and airspeed was 0.2 h-1, the dehydration rate of fatty alcohol reached the maximum value, the conversion rate of fatty alcohol reached the maximum value of 94%.
