研究了以四氢呋喃为溶剂,四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)催化邻苯二甲酸酐和苯胺反应合成 N-苯基邻苯二甲酰亚胺;探讨了反应时间,原料摩尔比及四丁基溴化铵用量对反应的影响,在最佳条件下(n (邻苯二甲酸酐)/n (苯胺)/n (四丁基溴化铵)=1︰1.2∶0.3,四氢呋喃为溶剂,反应时间3 h),收率可达85.0%.

N-phenylphthalimide was synthesized from aniline and phthalic anhydride in the solvent THF by using tetrabutyl ammonium bromide (TBAB) as catalyst. The effect of reaction time, molar ratio and catalyst dosage on the yield of N-phenylphthalimide was studied. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: n(phthalic anhydride)/n (aniline)/n (TBAB )=1∶1.2∶0.3 ,THF solvent 15 mL , reaction time 3 h .Under above conditions, the yield of product was 85 .0%.
