Production technology of high-pure alumina with aluminum isopropoxide hydrolysis method was introduced. Some measures were taken to solve the problems in the production and equipments, such as optimizing process, increasing the purity of raw materials, re-selecting the type of impeller, pump and sagger, and so on. After the improvement,the impurity content of alumina was reduced and the purity of alumina was increased to 99.995%.Furthermore, the consumption of raw materials was reduced .The improved process can meet the requirements of high-pure alumina production.
