针对按ASME标准规范制焊接压力容器焊后热处理工艺中对测温热电偶布置位置的问题展开研究,结合中国石油辽阳石油化纤公司机械厂热处理设备的实际情况,对测温热电偶布置位置进行了改变.经热处理后对二氧化碳容器试件焊接残余应力的实际测定,满足了要求,节约了成本、提高了劳动效率.

In post welding heat treatment process for carbon dioxide container manufactured according to ASME specification, the problem about temperature thermocouple arrangement position was studied. Combined with the actual situation of heat treatment equipments in machinery factory of Liaoyang petrochemical fiber company, thermocouple arrangement positions were improved. The actual application proved that the improvement can meet the requirements, save cost and improve labor efficiency.
