本文通过有限体积法,结合各部分损耗热源的计算,仿真分析了双循环风路双馈发电机定、转子的温度场分布,将仿真结果与同型号发电机温升试验结果对比.结果表明,双循环风路发电机轴承、定子绕组和转子绕组温升都有不同程度的降低.其中,转子绕组温升降低最为明显,温升下降11.7K,双循环风路发电机温度分布更加合理.

With the method of finite volume and the result of different losses of heat sources, we simulate and analyze the temperature distribution of double loop wind double feedback wind generator’s stator and rotor. We compare the simulation results and experimental results of same type generators’ temperatures. The result shows that the temperatures of bearing, stator coil and rotor coil of double loop wind generator are reduced, and the rotor coil’s temperature reduces 11.7K obviously, and the whole temperature field is more reasonable .
