为了更准确地研究高压湿式潜水电机的温度场分布情况,以3150kW、6kv高压潜水电机为例进行分析.建立了潜水电机转子三维温度场的物理模型和计算模型.考虑潜水电机冷却系统的特殊性,转子散热表面采用分段的方法加载散热系数.以电磁计算得到的损耗为热源,利用有限元软件对电机进行了温度场计算,并将计算结果与实测测量值和采用传统方法施加散热系数得到的温度场进行了比较,验证了该方法的准确性,为利用有限元法求解电机温度场时散热系数的加载提供了新的方法.

In order to study the high voltage wet submersible motor temperature field distribution more accurately, the 3150kW, 6kV high pressure submersible motor was calculated. The submersible motor rotor of three-dimensional temperature field of the physical model and calculating model were established under the test data as heat source. Considering the particularity of the submersible motor cooling system, rotor cooling surface adopts the method of sectioning loading coefficient of heat transfer. The finite element software was used to calculate the motor temperature field .Besides, to verify the accuracy of the method, the calculation results and the measured value were compared with the temperature field which obtained by heat transfer coefficient using the traditional method, and a new method was provided for solving temperature field heat dissipation coefficient loaded.
