潮流能是一种重要的海洋可再生能源.潮流能发电机组是一种将潮流能转化为电能的装置.潮流能发电机组一般运行在海流流速较大的近海海域,面临着海水腐蚀,微生物附着等因素的严重影响.因此,对潮流能发电机组的材料应用提出了挑战.本文针对近海潮流能发电机组的过流部件、支撑框架以及表面防护技术应用进行了探讨,并且提出了参考建议,对潮流能发电机组的设计与制造具有指导意义.

Marine current is an important offshore source of renewable energy. Marine current turbine generator is one kind of facility which converts marine current energy into electric energy. Generally, marine current turbine generator works in offshore field with high speed of marine current, which always encounters challenges of serious corrosion and biofouling in marine environment. Therefore, it is very important to investigate the application of materials on manufacture of marine turbine generator. This paper mainly concentrates on the application of materials on main framework, passing flow parts and surface protection technologies and provides valuable advice for the design and manufacture of marine current turbine generators.
