本文采用非线性有限元法对一感应电机进行了电磁场分析,重点建立了定转子端部电路模型,并实现了电机有限元本体与端部电路的耦合计算,同时计及了铁磁材料的非线性,实现了电机定子绕组电压的加载,考虑到了电机端部电阻与漏感对整个电机电磁场的影响.此方法可用于分析优化新型电机,相比于传统分析方法,能减少对经验设计的依赖.

A nonlinear finite element method has been completed of one induction machines for the analysis of electromagnetic field in this paper. The focus is to build a circuit model of the end of the stator winding and rotor ring and achieve the coupled calculation of the finite element and the end circuit of machine taking into account the nonlinear in the core material. This method implements the loading of the voltage of the stator winding and considers the influence of the entire machine electromagnetic field caused by the end resistance and leakage inductance. Compared to the traditional analysis method, we can reduce the dependency of experience design. It can also be used for analysis and optimization of the new machine.
