针对导弹箱式发射过程中燃气流对箱壁温度的影响,对导弹运动过程中燃气流场进行数值仿真,获取箱体内侧壁面附近燃气流的热物性参数,并根据燃气流场计算结果展开发射箱箱壁的传热研究.利用诺谟图法得到导弹发射过程中箱壁结构的温度变化情况,从而确定燃气流对发射箱箱体是否造成结构性的破坏,为发射箱的设计工作提供参考依据.
針對導彈箱式髮射過程中燃氣流對箱壁溫度的影響,對導彈運動過程中燃氣流場進行數值倣真,穫取箱體內側壁麵附近燃氣流的熱物性參數,併根據燃氣流場計算結果展開髮射箱箱壁的傳熱研究.利用諾謨圖法得到導彈髮射過程中箱壁結構的溫度變化情況,從而確定燃氣流對髮射箱箱體是否造成結構性的破壞,為髮射箱的設計工作提供參攷依據.

In order to research the effects of the jet flow on the container wall in the process of container-type missile launch, the jet flow field of the missile launch container during missile movement is simulated. Then the thermophysical parameters of jet flow near the wall are obtained. According to the numerical simulation results, the heat transfer computation is calculated and analyzed. The temperature change of the container wall in the missile launch process is obtained through the Nomogram method. The condition of temperature change will confirm whether the container is structurally damaged by the jet flow and provide valuable proposals and references to the launch container design.
