The inpatients history talkings cost much working time of the clinical doctors.It is worth discussing how to improve the clinical doctors' efficiency in history talking so that can save time under the pattern of patient participation. At the same time discusses about how to solve such questions under the pattern as doctor's incomplete patient's information collection for short consultation hours and communication difficulties with dialect-speaking patient.Moreover, establishes the patient-centered principle of service to improve the doctor-patient relationship.
