目的探讨通过生物反馈电刺激疗法配合盆底肌锻炼的盆底康复治疗对改善盆底功能的作用.方法2011年3月~2012年5月对于本院分娩于产后42d复查的产妇常规行盆底B超,以了解盆底组织情况.选择151例有损伤者进行盆底肌力测定、POP-Q分度及SUI调查,进行盆底康复治疗后评价.结果治疗后盆底肌力较前明显提高,SUI发生率降低,POP明显改善,治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义.结论分娩会对女性盆底造成不同程度的损伤,进行产后盆底肌肉康复训练,能提高盆底肌肉张力,降低压力性尿失禁发生率,改善盆腔器官脱垂情况.

Objective Explore Through biofeedback therapy with electrical stimulation on pelvic floor exercise of the pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy to improve pelvic floor function.Methods Our hospital from March 2011 to May 2012,deliveries in 42 days after delivery at the for review of maternal pelvic floor b-general line understand the Organization of the pelvic floor,select 151 cases prejudicial to the victim for pelvic floor muscle strength determination,POP-Q and SUI survey,pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy effect evaluation of rehabilitation after treatment.Results Treatment of pelvic floor muscle strength after the earlier increased significantly, reduced incidence of SUI,POP a noticeable improvement,differences are statistically significant. Conclusion Delivery on the pelvic floor usually caused varying degrees of damage, postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training, can improve pelvic floor muscle tension, reduce the incidence of stress urinary incontinence and improving pelvic organ prolapse.
