目的探讨心脏急症与稳定性冠心病的临床治疗效果,以供临床参考.方法2010年12月~2011年12月收治心脏急症与稳定型冠状动脉粥样硬化的患者95例,其中40例不稳定型心绞痛患者,55例稳定型心绞痛患者,将稳定型心绞痛患者分为A组,不稳定型心绞痛患者分为B组,两组患者均采用保守治疗法,分析两组患者的治愈率.结果 A组患者总有效率为94.55%,B组患者的总有效率为67.5%.结论不稳定型心绞痛在治疗上与稳定型心绞痛大致相同,但若将疾病控制在稳定型心绞痛的阶段,疾病的治愈率相对于不稳定型心绞痛有了较大的提高.所以在治疗心脏急症的过程中,应抓住疾病的窗口期治疗,加强疾病的治疗,在疾病进入稳定型后,仍不能放松警惕,应继续加强治疗.

Objective Explore the heart of A & E with stable coronary artery disease clinical outcomes, For clinical reference. Methods From my department in December 2010 to December 2011 were treated in the heart of A & E with stable coronary atherosclerosis in patients with a total of 95 cases,40 cases of unstable angina patients, 55 cases of patients with stable angina, patients with stable angina divided into group A, patients with unstable angina divided into group B, two groups of patients were treated with conservative therapy, two groups were analyzed. Results Patients in group A total effective rate was 94.55%, group B patients, the total effective rate was 67.5%. Conclusion Unstable angina and stable angina in the treatment of roughly the same, but the Centers for Disease Control in the stage of stable angina pectoris, the cure rate of the disease have been greatly improved compared to unstable angina. Therefore, in the treatment of cardiac acute process, we should seize the window of treatment of the disease, strengthen treatment of the disease, the disease into the stable, still can not relax our vigilance, should continue to strengthen the treatment.
