目的探讨电刺激联合生物反馈治疗压力性尿失禁疗效.方法对35例压力性尿失禁患者采用电刺激联合生物反馈治疗方法,每次20min,每周2次,10次为1个疗程.比较治疗前后溢尿改善情况,尿道膀胱夹角及盆底肌电改变情况.结果治疗后,35例压力性尿失禁患者溢尿改善有效率达82.86%(29/35),尿道膀胱夹角改变有效率达45.71%(16/35),盆底肌电改变有效率为94.29%(33/35),治疗后尿道膀胱夹角平均值与盆底肌电平均值较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.05).结论采用电刺激联合生物反馈治疗压力性尿失禁具有疗效确切,操作简单,无创无痛的优点.

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of electrical stimulation joint biofeedback in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Methods 35 SUI cases were treated using electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback. Each treatment spent 20 minutes, and 2 times per week, 10 times for a period of treatment. The excessive urine improved,urinary bladder angle and pelvic floor muscles electricity change were compared. Results After treatment, excessive urine improve rate was 82.86%, urinary bladder angle improve rate was 45.71%,and pelvic floor muscles electricity to change improve rate was 94.29%. Compared with the data before treatment,the average value of urinary bladder angle and pelvic floor muscles electricity improved after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Using electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback to treat SUI has accurate effect and its operation is simple operation and of no painless.
