目的探讨鼻用糠酸莫米松喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的效果.方法将2010年3月~2011年9月收治的94例变应性鼻炎患者作为受试对象.94例患者均给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,并由医生进行准确指导应用方法,每日一次,每次每侧鼻孔200μg,共治疗4周.观察患者治疗第1周、第2周、第4周的治疗效果.结果94例患者在治疗第1周(5.62±0.74)、第2周(3.85±1.88)、第4周(2.67±1.24)的病情严重程度均低于治疗前(9.38±1.21),分别(P<0.05),患者睡眠质量(8.07±1.33)优于治疗前(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论使用鼻用糠酸莫米松喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效较好,值得临床推广.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the treatment of allergic rhinitis, nasal mometasone furoate spray. Methods 94 cases with allergic rhinitis were given mometasone furoate nasal spray by the doctor for accurate guidance, once aday, 200μg for each side of the nostrils each time for 4 weeks. The effects were observed in the first week, second week and thet. Results 94 patients in the treatment of the first week of (5.62±0.74) 2 weeks (3.85±1.88), the severity of the disease in the first four weeks of (2.67 ± 1.24) lower than before treatment, (9.38 ± 1.21), respectively (P<0.05), the quality of sleep in patients (8.07±1.33) better than before treatment (P<0.05), a statistically significant difference. Conclusion The use of nasal mometasone furoate spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is effective.It is worth to popularize.
