目的针对儿童口腔治疗时的恐惧心理,对其进行心理分析并加以干预,探索心理护理在儿童口腔疾病治疗中的效果.方法随机抽取2010~2011年深圳市宝安区慢性病防治院收治的儿童500例(男230例,女270例).分为4个年龄段,即1~2岁、3~6岁、7~10岁和11~14岁,评估标准分4型.心理护理干预后对儿童合作程度做评估.结果Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型及Ⅳ型患儿心理护理前后患儿合作程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);除1~2岁组外,其他各组心理护理前后合作度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论在儿童口腔疾病治疗过程中,心理护理对儿童口腔治疗的合作程度起到很好的作用.

Objective Oral treatment for children of fear,and on the psychological analysis of oral treatment before them and intervention,to explore the psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of children with oral effect. Methods Random 2010~2011 years the hospital for dental treatment children in 500 cases, 230 cases were male, female 270 cases. Divided into four age:1~2 years old,3~6 years old,7 to 10 years old,11~14 years old,evaluation norm four type.ResultsⅠtype,Ⅲtype and theⅣpsychological nursing intervention to children with type and degree of children are statistically significant differences between cooperation (P<0.01), except the 1~2 years old group, the other group psychological nursing intervention by the cooperation of all differences and statistical meaning (P<0.01) righteousness.Conclusion In children of oral diseases treatment process, the psychological nursing intervention to children with oral treatment cooperation degree have very good effect.
