目的研究磁力矫治器产生静磁场对人牙周膜成纤维细胞增殖的影响.方法将传代培养的人牙周膜成纤维细胞,实验组加载磁场强度971.77 mT的静磁场,对照组无处理.培养60、84 h,倒置显微镜观察细胞形态变化并用MTT法测定各组的光吸收值(OD值).结果培养60 h和84 h后实验组人牙周膜成纤维细胞的OD值明显高于对照组[(0.860±0.047)比(0.580±0.021),(1.530±0.073)比(0.960±0.084)](P<0.05).结论在临床磁力矫治器正畸治疗中,表面磁场强度971.77 mT的永磁体所产生的静磁场有促进牙周膜成纤维细胞增值的作用,且安全可靠.

Objective To investigate the effect of static magnetic field of magnetic functional appliance on human periodontal ligament fibroblast. Methods Subculture in human periodontal ligament fibroblasts under static magnetic field in magnetic field strength of 971.77 mT,the control group without treatment, training 60 , 84 h, inverted microscope to observe cell morphological changes and each group absorbance value (OD) was determined by MTT. Results The OD value of the cultured in the experimental group after 60 h and 84 h in human periodontal ligament fibroblasts was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical magnetic functional appliance in orthodontic treatment, the static magnetic field of the surface magnetic field strength 971.77 mT produced by permanent magnets, promote the role of periodontal ligament fibroblasts value-added ,it is reliable and secure.
