乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,磁共振动态增强检查(dynamic contrast enhanced--magnetic resonance imaging,DCE-MRI)已逐渐应用于乳腺癌的诊断,其诊断灵敏度、特异度均较高.Her-2、Ki-67及ER是乳腺癌的常用预后因子,与乳腺癌临床类型、淋巴结转移及预后密切相关.研究DCE-MRI在乳腺癌诊断及与乳腺癌预后因子的相关性,可能对判断部分乳腺癌临床类型,指导手术中淋巴结清扫等方面具有一定作用.

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignancies in women. Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI(dynamic contrast enhanced-magnetic resonance imaging,DCE-MRI) has gradually be applied in the diagnosis of breast cancer, with high sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis, Her-2, Ki-67 and ER are commonly used prognostic factors of breast cancer that have been confirmed with breast cancer clinical types and lymph node metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer. The further search into the association of DCE-MRI with the prognosis factors of breast cancer, may be able to differentiate part of the clinical type of breast cancer and instruct intraoperative lymph node dissection .
