目的探讨心理支持对改善腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术前心理状态的影响.方法53例患者均在术前一天的访视中给予相关的常规护理,并在此基础上加强心理支持.结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,护理前后HAD焦虑和抑郁评分均有显著性改善(t=11.113,P<0.01;t=10.708, P<0.01).结论术前加强心理支持,对于改善患者术前心理状态是很有意义的,可以考虑从健康教育入手,并注意在沟通过程中发挥引导作用.

Objective To explore the clinical influence of psychological support for improving the psychological states of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy before surgery. Methods At the pre-operative interview of the day before surgery, 53 cases of patients were given related routine nursing, and strengthened the psychological support. Results All patients finished surgery smoothly, and anxiety and depression score of HAD improved significantly(t=11.113,P<0.01;t=10.708,P<0.01).Conclusion Strengthening the psychological support before laparoscopic cholecystectomy, is meaningful for improving the psychological states of patients, it can consider proceed with health education, and pay attention on the guiding role during the communication process.
