目的观察阿立哌唑对I型精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应.方法对80例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症住院患者,随机分为阿立哌唑组和氯氮平组各40例,分别用阿立哌唑与氯氮平治疗,疗程12周;于治疗前及治疗后1、2、4、8、12周末用阴性症状量表(SANS)评定临床疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定药物不良反应.结果阿立哌唑组与氮氮平组治疗前后SANS总分及减分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各组治疗后SANS总分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),阿立哌唑组在兴趣社交缺乏因子方面的疗效优于氯氮平组(P<0.05);阿立哌唑组的不良反应较氯氮平组少而轻.结论阿立哌唑对I型精神分裂症有肯定的疗效,安全性较高,值得在临床推广使用.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of aripiprazole in schizophrenia type II with predominantly negative symptoms. Methods Seventy-two cases of schizophrenia with predominantly negative symptoms were randomly assigned to aripiprazole group and clozapine group for 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy and side effects were evaluated with SANS and TESS before and 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks after treatment respectively. Results The total scores and decreasing scores of SANS had no significant differences between the two groups. After treatment, the total scores of SANS were significantly decreased in each group. The efficacy of aripiprazole group was better than that of clozapine group. Aripiprazole group had fewer side effects. Conclusion Aripiprazole is an effective and safe antipsychotics in schizophrenia typeII with predominantly negative symptoms. Aripiprazole are worth of clinical application.
