目的探讨介入性超声引导穿刺在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术中的有效性及安全性.方法超声引导下对58例上尿路结石患者行经皮肾穿刺建立碎石通道,在输尿管镜下行钬激光碎石取石术.结果58例病例在超声引导下均穿刺成功,通过单通道或双通道行Ⅰ期或Ⅱ期镜钬激光碎石术,结石总清除率94.8%,手术平均时间80 min,术中、术后未出现严重并发症.结论术前选择适宜的穿刺点和穿刺路径,在超声引导下建立经皮肾镜钬激光碎石通道,可提高经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的手术时效,且更为安全.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of interventional ultrasound in percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with Holmium Laser. Methods 58 cases of patients were retrospectively investigated having upper urinary tract stones after being treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with Holmium Laser. Results All cases were punctured successfully with ultrasound-guided at one prick,calculi were removed out through single or double passage in phrase I or phrase II. The total stone clearence rate amounted 94.8%.Average operative duration was 80 min. No serious complications occurred in the operation. Conclusion Guided by ultrasound, the appropriate puncture point and path selected before establish the channel for percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with Holmium Laser could help to improve the efficiency of the treatment for percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with Holmium Laser,and more safety.
