目的探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤行剖宫产术中肌瘤切除的临床疗效.方法选取2006~2011年内江市隆昌县人民医院收治的分娩孕妇中妊娠合并子宫肌瘤并实施剖宫产患者,分为实验组(剖宫产术中肌瘤切除52例),对照组(单纯实施剖宫产手术52例),对比两组术中及术后的治疗效果.结果两组手术均成功;手术时间实验组长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术中出血量、术后出血率、平均住院时间、产后恶露干净时间、术后宫缩素使用量、并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论妊娠合并子宫肌瘤行剖宫产术中肌瘤切除临床疗效显著,与单纯实施剖宫产手术差异不大,值得临床推广.

Objective To discuss the dinical effect of Pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma during cesarean section with resection. Methods Be in our hospital from 2008 to 2011 delivery in pregnant women with pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma and implementation of cesarean section patients,divided into experimental group of cesarean section in myoma resection in 52 cases,the control group only implementation of caesarean operation in 52 cases,two groups of intraoperative and postoperative curative effect were compared. Results Two groups were successful operation;operation time of experimental group was longer than in the control group(P<0.05);the amount of intraoperative bleeding, postoperative bleeding rate, average hospitalization time, postpartum lochia clean time, postoperative complications oxytocin use had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma during cesarean section with resection has obvious curative effect, and has no difference compared with simple implementation of cesarean operation ,is worth popularizing.
