目的探讨锁定钢板治疗跟骨骨折的效果.方法对34例各型跟骨骨折采用切开复位锁定跟骨钢板内固定治疗,必要时植入髂骨.随访11~24个月,平均16个月.观察治疗效果.结果按Maryland足部评分系统评价,全组优良率94%,其中Ⅱ型骨折优良率为100%,Ⅲ型为90%,Ⅳ型为50%.结论锁定钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折是一种较理想的临床治疗方法.

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of lock plate and internally fix on the calcaneal fracture. Methods 34 cases with various kinds of calcaneal fracture had been cured by means of the surgical treatment. All the above-mentioned cases were treated identically with restoration after incising the wounds and then locking and internally fixing the plate onto the injured calcaneal bone, even inserting the ilium when necessary. The follow-up visit lasts for 11 to 24 months, 16 months each one on average. Results Evaluated by Maryland Foot Score and regarding every single foot as unit, the excellent rate of all injured feet was 94%, thereinto, fracture of type Ⅱ was 100%; type Ⅲ was 90%; the excellent rate of type Ⅳ was 50%.Conclusion The therapeutic method of locking and internally fixing the plate to cure calcaneal fracture is an ideal clinical treatment.
