目的探讨洁悠神联合碘伏治疗会阴部伤口的临床疗效.方法选择2011年1月~2012年7月韶关市铁路医院妇产科经阴道自然分娩行会阴侧切术的产妇300例,随机分为观察组和对照组.观察组采用洁悠神联合碘伏对会阴伤口进行治疗,对照组单独采用0.2%碘伏擦洗会阴及伤口进行治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果对照组感染率为19.3%,观察组感染率为0,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而观察组治愈率为100%,对照组为82.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论洁悠神联合碘伏对会阴伤口进行治疗,临床效果显著,感染率低,能够起到持久杀菌的目的,值得临床进一步推广应用.

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of perineal wound treated by JUS iodine. Methods 300 cases of maternal were taken episiotomy in obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from Jan.2011 to Jul. 2012 of natural,who were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,the observation group were treated by JUS and iodine,the control group were separately treated by 0.2% iodine,treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The infection rate of the control group was 19.3%,and observation group was 0,the difference between two groups is significant (P<0.05),the cure rate of observation group was 100%,and control group was 82%,the difference between two groups is significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical effect of perineal wound treated by JUS and iodine were significant,the infection rate is low,can play a lasting sterilization purposes,is worthy of further clinical use.
