目的观察悬吊运动疗法(SET)配合康复护理治疗脑卒中肩手综合征的临床疗效.方法将2010年6月~2012月5月就诊的64例脑卒中肩手综合征患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各32例.对照组采用常规临床药物治疗和康复护理;观察组在此基础上加用SET技术进行治疗.疗程4周,治疗前后进行上肢FMA、BI评分.结果两组患者经治疗后FMA、BI评分较治疗前均有所提高;观察组FMA、BI评分优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 SET能够显著提高脑卒中肩手综合征患者的肢体运动功能及日常生活能力,具有较为确切的治疗作用.

Objective To evaluate the effect of Sling exercise therapy and rehabitation nursing on shoulder-hand syndrome in stroke.Methods 64 stroke patients with shoulder-hand syndrome were selected in our hospital from June 2010 to May 2012. These patients were randomly divided into the observation group (32 cases), and the control group (32 cases). The Control group were accepted conventional clinical drug therapy and rehabilitation nursing. The observation group was treated on that basis and Sling exercise therapy. The treatment course was for 4 weeks. The scores of upper limb FMA, BI before and after the treatment were compared. Results Two groups of patients with FMA, BI scoring after treatment had increased compared with those of before treatment;The observation group of FMA, BI scoring were better than that of the control group, The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion SET can improve the extremity motor function and activities of daily living dramatically on shoulder-hand syndrome in stroke patients , which having a more precise treatment.
