目的观察自体网状皮移植联合生物敷料覆盖治疗混合度烧伤的临床效果.方法将68例混合度烧伤患者分为两组.治疗组37例,采用自体网状皮移植联合生物敷料覆盖治疗;对照组31例,采用自体网状皮移植治疗.比较植皮面积/混合烧伤创面比例、术后换药次数、二次手术例数、创面愈合时间.结果治疗组植皮面积/混合烧伤创面比例、术后换药次数、二次手术率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组创面愈合时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论自体网状皮移植联合生物敷料覆盖治疗混合度烧伤,能减少植皮面积,减少换药次数并避免换药痛苦,一期愈合率高,值得临床推广.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of autologous mesh skin transplantation combined with biological dressing in treatment of mixed-degree burns. Methods Sixty-eight patients with mixed-degree burns were divided into two groups;The treatment group (37 patients) was treated with autologous mesh skin transplantation combined with biological dressing;the control group (31 patients) was treated with autologous mesh skin.The proportion of skin graft area to mixed-degree burn wounds, the number of postoperative dressing, secondary surgical cases and wound healing time between the two groups were compared. Results Treatment group was significantly better than control group in the proportion of skin graft area to mixed-degree burn wounds,the number of postoperative dressing,secondary surgical cases (P<0.05),two groups were no significant difference in wound healing time (P>0.05). Conclusion The autologous mesh skin transplantation combined with biological dressing was used to treat of mixed-degree burns, can reduce skin graft area,reduce the frequency of dressing change and avoid dressing pain,raise one-stage healing rate.
