目的探讨宫颈糜烂治疗中采用宫颈微波手术联合药物治疗的效果和安全性,以供临床参考.方法选取2010年2月~2012年7月广州市黄埔区红十字会医院妇产科收治的宫颈糜烂患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为两组.对照组给予宫颈微波治疗,实验组给予微波联合干扰素α治疗,对比观察两组疗效.结果实验组患者总有效率90.00%,明显高于对照组的76%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组患者治疗后症状改善明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对宫颈糜烂患者给予宫颈微波手术联合干扰素α治疗,效果良好,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To study to investigate the efficacy and safety of treatment of cervical erosion cervical microwave surgery combined with medication,for clinical reference. Methods Our hospital from February 2010 to July 2012 in our hospital 100 cases of patients with cervical erosion study were randomLy divided into two groups, the control group was given a cervical microwave treatment,the experimental group were given the microwave in combination with interferonαtreatment The contrast observed the two groups. Results The experimental group patients total effective rate of 90.00%. Was significantly higher than 76%of the patients, the two groups P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Experimental group patients,symptoms improved significantly better than the control group patients,comparison between groups, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In patients with cervical erosion to give cervical microwave surgery in combination with interferon αtreatment,with good results,it is worth the application in the clinical treatment of cervical erosion.
