目的探讨痛风性关节炎的比较影像学表现.方法回顾性分析经临床及病理证实的38例痛风性关节炎的X线、CT及MRI检查资料,总结、归纳其影像表现.结果受累关节邻近软组织肿胀30例,穿凿或不规则状骨质破坏22例,痛风石形成28例,骨髓水肿9例,关节腔积液5例.结论比较影像学的临床运用可明确痛风性关节炎的诊断,对痛风的早期诊断可提供重要线索.

Objective To discuss the comparing imaging findings of gouty arthritis. Methods X-ray, CT and MRI examination data of 38 cases of gouty arthritis confirmed by clinical and pathology were reviewed, summed up its imaging findings. Results The involvement of the joints adjacent soft tissue swelling were found in 30 cases, farfetched or irregular bone destruction in 22 cases, tophi formation of 28 cases, 9 cases of bone marrow edema, joint effusion of 5 cases. Conclusion The clinical use of comparing imaging can confirm the diagnosis of gouty arthritis;may provide important clues for early diagnosis of gout.
