目的探讨腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果.方法对2010年5月~2011年5月于东莞市黄江医院妇产科进行手术治疗的异位妊娠患者94例进行回顾性研究,其中观察组46例腹腔镜终止妊娠,对照组48例开腹手术终止妊娠,进行临床对比分析.结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、伤口大小、住院时间明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).手术后12个月内随访,观察组宫内妊娠人数多于对照组,再次发生异位妊娠人数少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在排除禁忌证的情况下,腹腔镜比开腹手术治疗异位妊娠,创伤较小、恢复时间较短、预后较好,值得临床推广.

Objective Discuss clinical effect of ectopic pregnancy cured by laparoscopic surgery and open surgery.Methods 94 cases of ectopic pregnancy were chosen from May 2010 to May 2011. There were 46 patients in the observation group who were stopped ectopic pregnancy in laparoscopic surgery. There were 48 patients in control group who were treated in open surgery.Then compared the clinical effect of two groups. Results The surgical duration of observation group was shorter than that in control group as well as the bleeding amount,wound size,bleeding amount and the whole treatment duration,all of the above results had statistical significance difference (P<0.05). According the 12 months follow-up surgery, the people who were pregnant in observation group were much more than that in control group, both of which had statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the case of exclusion of contraindications, laparoscopic has less trauma, shorter recovery time and better prognosis in treatment of ectopic pregnancy, it is worthy of promotion.
