目的探讨多巴酚丁胺负荷+静息99 mTc-MIBI心肌显像在冠状动脉造影正常的心肌缺血患者中的应用.方法选取2009年1月~2011年1月广东省茂名市人民医院收治的100例冠状动脉造影正常的心肌缺血患者,随机分成A、B两组,各50例.对A组患者采用多巴酚丁胺负荷+静息99 mTc-MIBI心肌显像进行检测,对B组患者采用多巴酚丁胺负荷进行检测,比较两种检查的灵敏度、特异性和准确性情况.结果多巴酚丁胺负荷+静息99 mTc-MIBI心肌显像对冠状动脉造影正常的心肌缺血的灵敏度、特异性、准确性均明显高于多巴酚丁胺负荷检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论临床上应当把多巴酚丁胺负荷+静息99 mTc-MIBI心肌显像作为检测冠状动脉造影正常的心肌缺血患者的首选方案,对其准确诊断是降低冠心病病死率的重要方向之一.

Objective To discuss and analyse dobutamine stress and simultaneous rest 99 MTC-MIBI myocardial imaging's application in myocardial ischemia patients whose coronary arteriography is normal.Methods Chose 100 cases of those myocardial ischemia patients(whose coronary arteriography is normal)who have been admitted at our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011,divided them into group A and group B randomLy,each group has 50 cases.Adopted dobutamine stress and simultaneous rest 99 MTC-MIBI myocardial imaging to test group A's patients,while adopted dobutamine stress to test group B's patients,compared these two test methods' sensitivity,specificity and veracity.Results Dobutamine stress and simultaneous rest 99 MTC-MIBI myocardial imaging's sensitivity,specificity and veracity to myocardial ischemia which coronary arteriography is normal were all obviously higher than dobutamine stress test's,and it has statistics meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion Regarding dobutamine stress and simultaneous rest 99 MTC-MIBI myocardial imaging as a preferred alternative for the test of myocardial ischemia patients whose coronary arteriography is normal,accurate diagnosis of myocardial ischemia with normal coronary arteriography is an important direction to reduce coronary disease's death rate.
