在对火箭煤油红外吸收光谱研究的基础上,通过选择适当的电调制光源、探测波长的滤光片等,设计由光源、气体吸收池、探测器和相应的驱动电路及数据采集与处理系统组成的基于非分散红外光谱(NDIR)原理的火箭煤油蒸汽检测仪.该仪器具有灵敏度高、寿命长、响应快等优点,在火箭煤油安全检测方面具有较好的实用价值.

According to the study of absorption spectra for rocket kerosene, a rocket kerosene gas detector, being composed of light source, gas absorber, IR sensor, driving electric circuit and data collecting and processing system, is designed based on NDIR by choosing suitable electric modulated IR illuminant and infrared filter. The instrument has the advantage of high sensitivity, long life span and rapid response, therefore can be used for leakage checking in the places with a large quantities of rocket kerosene
