以对甲基苯甲酸和水合肼为原料合成2,5-二(4-羧基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑单体,将其与3,3’,4,4’-联苯四胺缩聚反应制备可用于高温燃料电池的质子交换膜材料-新型聚(1,3,4-噁二唑-苯并咪唑).采用FT-IR,元素分析法及TGA对产物的化学结构和热性能进行了表征,结果表明合成产物为目标单体,其热分解温度为490℃.
以對甲基苯甲痠和水閤肼為原料閤成2,5-二(4-羧基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑單體,將其與3,3’,4,4’-聯苯四胺縮聚反應製備可用于高溫燃料電池的質子交換膜材料-新型聚(1,3,4-噁二唑-苯併咪唑).採用FT-IR,元素分析法及TGA對產物的化學結構和熱性能進行瞭錶徵,結果錶明閤成產物為目標單體,其熱分解溫度為490℃.

In order to prepare proton exchange membrane used to high-temperature fuel cells, novel poly(1,3,4-oxadiazole-benzimidazole) was synthesized by the polycondenzation of 2,5-bis(4-carboxyphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiaz-ole and 3,3’,4,4’-biphenyltetramine. The chemical structure and thermal performance of poly(1,3,4-oxadiazole-b enzimidazole) were characterized by FT-IR ,elemental analysis and TGA. The results show that synthesized pr oduct is objective product, its thermal decomposition temperature is 490 ℃.
