以直馏柴油、催化柴油与焦化柴油的混合柴油为原料,在200 mL固定床加氢装置上进行加氢改质试验.试验重点考察高硫、高氮劣质柴油加氢改质后的柴油产品能否满足欧 IV 车用柴油标准.试验结果表明,由于混合馏分油硫、氮含量高,十六烷值低,采用传统的加氢精制技术进行加氢处理,难以满足十六烷值的要求.改进后的技术可以使柴油产品的硫和氮含量均低于10×10-6的同时,十六烷值提高16~19个单位,能够达到欧V车用柴油标准,其副产的重石脑油馏分可以作为优质的催化重整原料.
以直餾柴油、催化柴油與焦化柴油的混閤柴油為原料,在200 mL固定床加氫裝置上進行加氫改質試驗.試驗重點攷察高硫、高氮劣質柴油加氫改質後的柴油產品能否滿足歐 IV 車用柴油標準.試驗結果錶明,由于混閤餾分油硫、氮含量高,十六烷值低,採用傳統的加氫精製技術進行加氫處理,難以滿足十六烷值的要求.改進後的技術可以使柴油產品的硫和氮含量均低于10×10-6的同時,十六烷值提高16~19箇單位,能夠達到歐V車用柴油標準,其副產的重石腦油餾分可以作為優質的催化重整原料.

The hydro-upgrading experiments for mixed distillate oil of straight-run diesel, FCC diesel and coker distillate were investigated in 200 mL fixed-bed hydrogenation unit. The key point of the experiments was whether the poor-quality mixed distillate oil with high sulfur and nitrogen content after the hydrogenation could meet the motor diesel standard of Europe IV. The results show that ,due to high sulfur and nitrogen content and low cetane number of mixed distillate oil,the diesel products after hydrogenation by traditional hydro-treating and hydro-upgrading technology in industry can not achieve the demand of catane number. However, the cetane number of the diesel products after the hydrogenation by improved technology can be improved by 16~19 units,sulfur and nitrogen content can be lowered to below 10 ppm,which can meet the EU V standard of motor diesel, and heavy naphtha fraction as its by-product can be used as high quality catalytic reforming feedstock.
