随着油气资源的日益紧缺以及人类生存环境的不断恶化,有效的利用油气产品及提高油气回收技术水平越加成为石油储运和环境保护工作者的首要任务.针对活性炭油气回收法,建立活性炭吸附油蒸汽的物理模型及数学模型,并利用商用CFD软件进行数值计算.计算得到活性炭吸附过程中组份分布情况并分析了不同温度情况下活性炭吸附油气的情况.

Along with the increasing scarce of oil and gas resources and the worsening of human survival environment,effective use of oil and gas products and raising the level of oil and gas recovery technology have attracted the attention of people. In this paper, aiming at activated carbon method for oil-gas recovery, physical model and mathematical model for adsorption of oil vapor were established. Component distribution during adsorption of oil vapor on activated carbon was calculated, adsorption rate of oil vapor on activated carbon under different temperature conditions was analyzed by using commercial CFD software.
