研究了Cu-Al合金内氧化热力学与动力学.热力学计算结果表明,Cu-Al合金内氧化在热力学上是可行的,并绘制了合金内氧化热力学区位图.经氧化实验获得Cu-1.0%Al合金氧化增重图.Cu-1.0%Al合金快速氧化的温度区间为700~900℃.铜基复合材料的导电率、硬度和密度均随着内氧化温度升高而增大.当内氧化温度超过900℃以后,材料的性能变化趋于平缓.

The thermodynamics and kinetics of internal oxidation of Cu-Al alloy were investigated in the present paper. The thermodynamic calculation results show that, the behavior of Cu-Al alloy internal oxidation is feasible in thermodynamics. The thermodynamic area chart of oxidation of the Cu-Al alloys was obtained. The figure of oxidation weight gain of Cu-1.0%Al alloy was obtained by the oxidation experiment. Results show that the temperature range of Cu-1.0%Al alloy rapidly internal oxidation is from 700 ℃ to 900 ℃.The conductivity, hardness and density of the copper-based composite are increased with the rise of internal oxidation temperature. When the tempera-ture is above 900℃, changes of properties are towards stability.
